This rosary was designed by a seminarian, with the white beads representing purity and the red beads representing martyrdom. 

Every rosary we carry is handmade by a local priest, Father Steve Kunkel. 

Father Steve began making rosaries in the seminary. He started with knotted rosaries, but when he saw his deacon with a high quality wood beaded rosary it was love at first sight. He’s been making beautiful wooden beaded rosaries ever since. 

Each rosary is made with careful attention to detail and the highest quality materials. The wooden beads are natural and will never bleed or fade. They may darken from oils found in our hands. The cord used is micro paracord, which has a breaking test strength of 100 pounds. The ends are burned to keep from fraying and the knots are made with 5 loops for the 5 piercings of Our Lord. 

Proceeds from each purchase goes towards funding tuition scholarships Father Steve set up for families in need at his parish school.
